We ship your custom creations from Canada to addresses across the United States and Canada.

 

Production time (made-to-order)

• Click-to-Go products: Production starts immediately after your order is placed; most ship the same or next business day.
• Custom-print products: 1–2 business days after artwork approval. 

Artwork approval

• If your artwork needs adjustments (e.g., low resolution, bleed/margins, or color issues), we’ll email you with recommendations and pause production until you confirm the updated file. This ensures the best print quality.     

                                

Shipping time

• Canada: 2-5 business days
• USA: 5 business days

• Expedited options (1–3 business days) are available at checkout.
  Transit times exclude production time and may vary by region and carrier conditions.   

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders over $30 CAD(before tax).
• Flat rate $14.99 CAD for orders under $30CAD.

• Expedited rates are calculated and shown at checkout.   

                             

Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

                                                                                   

Addresses & PO Boxes

• PO Boxes: Delivered by Canada Post/USPS only; some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

• If a PO Box cannot receive the parcel and it is returned or requires a reroute, any reshipment or address-correction costs are the buyer’s responsibility.   

Customs, duties & taxes

• For deliveries to the USA and Canada, Print Pup will cover any applicable customs duties and taxes if they occur. There will be no extra fees due on delivery.              

Carrier & customs delays 

• We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly; however, carrier operational issues or customs inspections can occasionally cause delays that are beyond our control.
