How do I customize my phone case?

Upload your photo, type your text (optional), and adjust the placement with the preview tools. What you see in the preview is what we print.

Can you remove the background of my photo?

Yes. You can select “Remove background” during customization. If you prefer a specific background color (white/black/grey), leave a note at checkout or email us before production.

What kind of photo works best?

High-resolution photos with good lighting work best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily zoomed-in images. If we notice an issue that may affect print quality, we’ll reach out before printing.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Most orders are produced quickly and ship within 1–2 business days after artwork is confirmed (if needed). Typical delivery is 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

If you contact us before production starts, we can usually help with changes or cancellations. Once production has started or the order has shipped, changes/cancellations may not be possible.

What is your return policy?

Custom-printed items are final sale due to their personalized nature. Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility). Please see our full Refund Policy below.

Buying as a gift—can you include a note or remove pricing?

Yes. Add your gift message in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to include it. We don’t include pricing on packing slips.
